Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, prescribes detailed rules as regards the trade with seed material from fodder plants and turnips, including issues on related manner of packaging and repacking, methods for performing expert control, manner and procedure for certification and reporting.
The Annex is part of this publication (full set of technical sheets and designated administrative forms).
