Regulation on trade in tobacco seed material.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, prescribes detailed procedural and technical issues regarding the trade in seed material from tobacco plant varieties. Definition of considered tobacco varieties is provided in article 2. Topics covered in this text are further related to packaging and repackaging, registration, seed quality, marketing conditions, data collection and reporting, controls and tests, certification and label contents.
