Regulation on the type and method of stamping, the type of forest stamp for stamping cut wood and wood assortments, the method of issuing a consignment note, placing cut wood on the market, the form and content of the register of issued and certified consignment notes, the form and content of consignment notes, the form and content of the request for issuing a consignment note and the amount of fees for issued consignment notes.

This Regulation prescribes the type and method of stamping, the type of forest stamp for stamping cut wood and wood assortments, the method of issuing a consignment note, rules related to the placing of such cut wood on the market, the form and content of the register of issued and certified consignment notes, the form and the content of consignment notes, the form and content of the request for the issuance of consignment notes and the amount of related fees for issued parcels. Stamping is the imprinting of a clearly visible forest mark on felled wood assortments, which is carried out in order to determine the origin of the wood mass intended for release into free circulation, or use for own purposes and needs.
