Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, determines the procedure for registration of plant variety in the national variety list, the content of the application for registration in the national variety list, including the detailed conditions for the suitability of the proposed variety name for certain types of agricultural plants and the manner of national variety list.
The Annex is part of this publication (set of designated forms).
