Regulation on the way the commission works in the procedures for public announcements and procedures for collecting bids for leasing of state-owned agricultural land.

This Regulation determines the manner for work of the Commission during procedures that shall follow public announcements and procedures for collecting bids for leasing of state-owned agricultural land parcels. The commission can work when more than half of its members are present and it shall make decisions with a majority vote in relation to total number of members. The commission for leasing of state-owned agricultural land for areas up to 3 hectares after a public announcement or a public call for submission of bids in the public opening procedure performs the following tasks:- performs public opening of bids within three days after the expiration of the deadline for the submission of offers; - prepares a record of the presence of bidders during the public opening itself, based on a document for personal identification and authorization by the bidder; - conducts a public elaboration of the entire submitted documentation by the bidders and enables inspection of it upon request of the bidders present.
