Biocides Regulations 2004 (L.N. 294 of 2004).

On the basis of the principles and rules laid down in the Pesticides Control Act of 2001, these Regulations make provision on the authorization and control in relation to dealing, advertising and use of any biocidal product or any other active substances intended for use in any biocidal product. Schedules I and II contain a list of types of biocidal products and their description.
