By way of implementation of the provisions laid down under Directive 73/46/EEC and in accordance with article 22 of the Veterinary Services Act, there are hereby established the methods to be followed for the official control of feedingstuffs as regards moisture contents of animal and vegetable fats and oils and magnesium, as well as crude fibre contents of feedingstuffs.
