Consumer Protection (Control of Imports) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (G.N. 87 of 2013).

These Regulations amend the Consumer Protection (Control of Imports) Regulations 1999 by, among other things: deleting the definition of “Radiation Protection Authority”; revoking paragraph (6A) in regulation 5; revoking subparagraph (c) in paragraph (3), of regulation 10; revoking regulations 11B and 11C.7. They also amend the Fifth Schedule: in item 4A, in the second column, by revoking paragraphs (i), (ii) and (iii); by deleting item 28.
