Abstract
These Regulations, made under sections 74(1)(k) of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act, no. 27 of 2007, provide for the amendment of the Fisheries and Marine Resources (Licence and Fees) Regulations 2013, by inserting new definitions concerning: foreign owned Mauritian flagged long liner; foreign owned Mauritian flagged purse seiner; related fees.
