Fisheries and Marine Resources (Licence and Fees) Regulations 2013 (GN No. 288 of 2013).

These Regulations, made by the Minister section 71(1)(k) of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act, provide that the Minister shall, on payment of the appropriate fee specified in the First Schedule, issue the appropriate licence in the form set out in Part A or B, as the case may be, of the Second Schedule. Licences concern marine fishing by local and foreign vessels.
