Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister, on the advice of the Board, under sections 13 and 27 of the Mauritius Agricultural Marketing Act, declares the products specified in the Second and Third Schedules to be controlled products in the Island of Mauritius and Rodrigues. “By-catch fish means fish species caught by tuna long-line fishing vessels, other than those mentioned in the fishing licences issued to foreign tuna long-line fishing vessels under section 37 of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act.
