Abstract
This Decree approves the Regulation for mineral products commercialization. The Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes technical and administrative requirements for obtaining trading licence and applies for internal and external trade of the above mentioned mineral products, carried out by National individuals and collective entities. Commercialization of radioactive minerals and diamonds will be regulated by specific legislation. Model forms of trading licences are appended to the text.
