Decree No. 25/2015 approving the Regulation for diamond, precious metals and gems commercialization.

This Decree approves the Regulation for trading diamond, precious metals and gems. This Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters and 3 Annexes, establishes the conditions for performing commercialization, import, export and transit of rough diamonds, precious metals and gems, classified as such in sections 7102.10, 7102.21 and 7102.31 of the Harmonized system of Coding and Description of Goods, adopted by the World Customs Organisation, which regulates the mining titles, the diamonds transaction, precious metals and gems and related offences and penalties for illegal activities. Amendments to the Regulation for mineral products comercialization deal with the precious or semi-precious minerals, the pure gold and refined gold as well as industrial minerals.
