Abstract
This Decree amends articles 4 and 9 of Decree No. 73/98 establishing the Statute of the Fund for Water Supply (FIPAG). Amended articles establish institutional competencies, and repeal the Statute of the above mentioned institution, providing that the approval of the new Statute is under the competence of the Inter-ministerial Commission of Public Functions.
