This Decree approves the Statutes of the Fund for Water Supply (FIPAG). FIPAG is responsible for the financial measures to be granted in order to improve water supply sector, to manage the investment programme for the water supply, etc. It consists of 7 chapters divided into 24 articles establishing composition, competencies and duties of this Fund under the Ministry of "Public Works".
