Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 9 articles, creates the National Agency for Environmental Quality Control (AQUA) under the Ministry of Environment. The Decree establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of this istitution, which is responsible for the following: to adopt and implement measures to improve the capacity to monitor environmental quality standards and to develop specific research to assess environmental pollution levels in order to guarantee air, soil and water quality standards.
