Colorado Beetle (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1956.

This Ordinance, for purposes of preventing the infestation of or the spread of infestation in an Island or of any other place by Beetles, grants specified legislative powers to a Legislative Assembly of Islands of Guernsey. The Ordinance also sets out powers of a non-nominated committee and provides with respect of payment of compensation for imposed measures.
