Abstract
This Order defines “approved disinfectant” and requires an approved disinfectant to be used if required so by an Order made under the Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Law 1956. The Order also requires specified labels to be affixed to containers of approved disinfectants and provides with respect to sampling of approved disinfectants. The Order also declares sale of disinfectants that do not comply with provisions of this Order to be an offence.
