Abstract
This Order, made in pursuance of Articles 2(2)(a), 3(2) and 32(2) of the Animal Health (Jersey) Law 2016, amends the Law in Schedules 1 and 2 by adding diseases and repeals various Orders relating to livestock animal diseases.
