Abstract
This Order, made in pursuance of Articles 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 14, 21, 23 and 42 of the Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Law 1956, replaces the list on specified diseases in the Schedule to the Miscellaneous Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Order 1991 and revokes various Orders dealing with specified diseases (that now fall under the Miscellaneous Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Order 1991) and thus under the Animal Health (Jersey) Law 2016.
