Abstract
This Order introduces measures for the prevention of spreading of fowl typhoid among domestic fowls, turkeys and guinea fowls in Jersey. It sets out precautions to be adopted on premises where the disease is suspected and prescribes other measures such as the declaration of infected places or an infected area, cleansing and disinfection and granting of power to the Minister to require treatment of poultry.
