Abstract
This Order, for all the purposes of the Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Law 1956, extends the definition of “disease” in article 1(3) of the Law, except in so far as the Law applies to poultry, to the diseases specified in the Schedule to this Order and applies the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Jersey) Order 1958, with the exception of Article 2 of that Order, to these specified diseases.
