Abstract
This Law general rules for the carrying into effect of European provisions through Orders or Regulations in Jersey and amends, amongst others, the Plant Health (Jersey) Law 2003 and the Sea Fisheries (Jersey) Law 1994. It also concerns interpretation of EU provisions, Regulations and Orders.
