Abstract
This Law provides with respect to the prevention and control of the development and spread of plant pests within Jersey and their spread to and from Jersey. The Minister shall be responsible generally for the implementation of this Law and may by Order make provision for the purpose of carrying this Law into effect and for regulating matters prescribed by this Law. The Law also provides for inspection, compensation and appeal with the Royal Court and in relation with offences.
