Abstract
This Law makes provision for the prevention of growing of noxious weeds on any land. "Noxious weed" means any of the weeds set out in the Schedule to this Law. An occupier of land shall not permit the existence thereon of a noxious weed. The Law empowers the States Committee for Agriculture and Fisheries to carry out inspections for purposes of this Law.
