Abstract
This Order applies to the protection of reindeer (Rangifer tarandus) in Greenland in regards to allocation of quota and method of hunting thereof, in base of protected areas and hunting seasons. It is only allowed to use .222 minimum caliber Remington rifles; full- and/or semi-automatic weapons may not be used. Sorrounding, anaestetise or keeping these animals as a hunting method is prohibited. Notification of hunting catch must be sent within three days to local authorities.
