Order No. 7 on protection and hunting of wild reindeers (Rangifer tarandus).

This Order sets rules on conservation, setting of hunting quotas, hunting areas, hunting seasons and hunting methods of Rangifer tarandus in Greenland. The hunting period allowed for hunting is from 1 August to 30 April. It is only allowed to use .222 minimum caliber rifles, arch and arrow, although full- and/or semi-automatic weapons are not permitted. All hunting results must be registered with the local authorities' template PINIARNEQ.
