This Regulation of the Government of Greenland governs coastal fishing of Greenland halibut with vessels under 75 BRT/120 BT within three nautical miles of the baseline. It divides the fishery into four management areas (Upernavik, Uummannaq, Disko Bay, and the rest of Greenland) and sets restrictions on vessel size, licensing, and quotas, with separate quotas for larger and smaller vessels.
