Abstract
This Regulation prescribes allowed quantity of residues of pesticides, metals, micotoxines and other toxic substances for the foodstuff intended for human consumption. The Regulation provides tables including tolerance levels for the respective substances. Table 1 contains list of maximum allowed quantity of pesticides in foodstuffs. Table 2 contains list of classified foodstuff that are undergoing the control. Table 3 contains list of allowed quantity of metals and other contaminating substances in foodstuffs.
Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 22 June 2002.
