Business Facilitation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, no. 5 of 2022.

This Act promotes the ease of doing business in Nigeria and eliminates bottlenecks, and provides for amending relevant Legislation to promote the ease of doing business in the country. The Act requires the Ministries, Departments and Governmental Agencies to publish a complete list of requirements to obtain the products and services, including: permits, licenses, waivers, tax related processes, filings, approvals, registration, certification, and other products and services. Matters covered by the Act include: service level agreement; permitted and prohibited operations in port; registration of business.
