Federal Environment Protection Agency (Amendment) Decree 1992 (Decree No. 59 of 1992).

These amendments to the Principal Decree, inter alia, provide to make the Federal Environmental Protection Agency an integrated part of the Presidency of Nigeria, make provision for a Technical Committee which shall assist the Governing Council and the Agency in the performance of their functions under this Act, redefine the functions of the Agency, and substitute the Minister by the Director-General of the Agency as the authority with regulation making powers under section 37.
