Abstract
This Decree contains rules regarding bottled water destined for human consumption as defined in article 1. Article 2 prohibits: placing on the market of waters, to which this Decree applies, that do not fulfil requirements or meet standards as regards the composition as laid down by the present Decree (arts. 4 to 7); to process, pack, store or transport of waters that are not recognized by the Minister in accordance with article 3 of this Decree; to place on the market any waters not packed in accordance with rules laid down by the present Decree; to place on the market waters that do not meet labelling requirements laid down by the present Decree (arts. 9 to 12); to import waters other than waters that meet the requirements imposed by law.
