Abstract
This Decree implements Council Directive 98/95/EC which prescribes minimum standards for enterprises that keep animals used for agricultural production purposes. It does not apply to fish (art. 1). Articles 2 to 5 specify the standards regarding the keeping and treatment of animals. In article 6 parts of the Directive are reproduces (sects. 5, 6, and 18 of the Annex).
