Abstract
This Regulation carries into effect in the Netherlands certain provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 850/98 for the conservation of fishery resources through technical measures for the protection of juveniles of marine organisms and other specified Community legislation. It prescribes rules relative to. among other things, use of gear, catch of undersized fish, bycatch, satellite equipment on board, transshipment and landing of fish.
