Abstract
This Act prescribes that vessels which shall be used for fishing or hunting of marine mammals shall be registered in the Register for fishing vessels under duty of marking pursuant to provisions of the present Act (sect. 1)(repealed 1999). Vessels which shall be under duty of marking and registration include all commercial fishing vessels with closed decks, all open vessels with motor, and other fishing boats for which extraordinary policy supervision is in force. The registration shall be administered for all Norway by the Director of Fisheries which shall be assisted by district registration offices. (14 sections)
