Abstract
This Act empowers the King to place limits on the importation and exportation of goods including living animals and plants, having regard to treaties or other international agreements to which Norway is a member. The rules limiting external trade shall also apply to fish and fish products caught from Norwegian vessels. Section 4 prohibits importation and exportation of living plants and animals in conflict with provisions issued under the present Act and the sale of living animals and plants illegally imported.
