Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is to limit the adverse effects of extinction which international trade on animal and plant species may bring. The regulations include the trade of animal and plant species listed in List I, II and III, between Norway - including Svalbard and Jan Mayen - and other countries, and between Svalbard and the Norwegian mainland. The document adheres to CITES regulations.
