Decree No. 332 of 2009 relative to catch documentation for bluefin tuna, bigeye tuna and swordfish.

This Decree provides rules for the documentation of landing, placing on the market in Norway, importation, exportation and re-exportation of fresh or frozen bluefin tuna, big-eye tuna and swordfish. The Decree shall apply in the territory of Norway, in waters under Norwegian jurisdiction and to Norwegian vessels wherever they are.
Norwegian vessels shall submit to the Fisheries Directorate all necessary information for the completion of catch documentation. It shall be prohibited to export bluefin tuna, big-eye tuna and swordfish without the proper documentation.
