The principal Decree implements Council Regulation (EC) 2092/91 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs, pursuant to obligations resulting from the Agreement establishing an European Economic Area of which Norway is a member. The new section lists EC legislation contained in Attachment II, Chapter XII nr. 54b of the Agreement.
