Abstract
This Decree applies to the breeding of fish for human consumption and parent fish for salmon and trout in marine and brackish waters. The scope of the Decree is to formulate measures which have a regulatory effect on fish breeding so as to enhance its balanced development. Section 5 places limits on the use of feeding stuffs for fish and prescribes the quantities of feed which may be used calculated on the basis of the volume capacity as prescribed in the licence. Section 6 allows for joint maximum feed quotas and section 6a for the transfer of feed quotas. Operators shall fulfil duties with respect to notification to the fisheries authorities as prescribed in section 7. (14 sections)
