Decree No. 1475 of 2010 relative to the registration of the first purchasers of raw fish.

This Decree specifies conditions for registration of buyers in first instance in accordance with the Act relative to the registration of the first purchasers of raw fish. It also lays down rules which apply in the case of suspension of or withdrawal from commercial activities by buyers of first instance. The Act relative to the registration of the first purchasers of raw fish, sections 4 and 5 of which are implemented by the present Decree, aims at the control of turnover of fish in sales immediately after catch.
