Abstract
The Act relative to the registration of the first purchasers of raw fish, sections 4 and 5 of which are implemented by the present Decree, aims at the control of turnover of fish in sales immediately after catch. This Decree specifies conditions for continuing registration of buyers in first instance and lays down rules which apply in the case of suspension of or withdrawal from commercial activities by buyers of first instance. The conditions are that the applicant shall: send of an application to the Directorate of Fisheries containing specified information: proof that the installations of the applicant are approved installations in the sense of Act No. 12 of 1959; and pledge that he shall observe the rules of the sales organization as laid down in section 4 of Act No. 3 of 1951.
