Abstract
The text of the Decree consists of 22 sections divided into 5 Chapters: Scope, application sphere and definitions (I); General provisions (II); Provisions relative to the importation and exportation from and to EEA countries (III); Provisions relative to the importation from third countries (IV); Final provisions (V).¦The Decree aims at the prevention of diseases affecting living aquatic animals. It prohibits in principal the importation of living aquatic animals, eggs, serum and feed listed in section 4. . Section 5 specifies exemptions from the prohibition. . Provisions of Chapter IV contain condition for importation from approved third countries, listed in the Schedules. A health certificate shall accompany the animals or products.
