Abstract
The text of the Decree consists of 20 sections divided into 7 Chapters: Scope, application sphere and definitions (I); General requirements (II); Provisions relative to the importation and exportation from and to EEA countries (III); Provisions relative to the importation from third countries (IV); Importation of living aquacultural animals and aquaraia equipment (V); Importation of living aquacultural animals and products for scientific use (VI); Final provisions (V).The Decree aims at the prevention of diseases affecting living aquatic animals. The application sphere of the Decree is defined in article 2. It prohibits in principal the importation and exportation of living aquatic animals and eggs specified in article 4. Article 5 provides for the issuing of identification and health certificates.
