Abstract
This Decree of Department of Fisheries and Coast Protection provides rules for the safe navigation of vessels as defined in section 4 of the Act relative to navigable waters and ports and including hydroplanes, in the territorial waters and inland waters of Norway. Municipalities may provide further rules for navigation in their (marine) area of jurisdiction.
