Abstract
This Decree prohibits fishing by vessels of Iceland in the EEZ of Norway and the fisheries zone of Jan Mayen between 12 and 200 nautical miles measured from the baseline. However, it allows fishing in the Norwegian Economic Zone north of the 62nd parallel for arctic cod and other species as bycatch within established quotas. Also bycatch of redfish and Greenland halibut, fishing methods for fishing for blue whiting and calculation of catch quotas are prescribed.
