Abstract
This Decree regulates fishing in the year 2011 by vessels of Greenland north of the 62nd parallel between 12 and 200 nautical miles zone calculated from the baseline. Greenland vessels may 2.150 tons of Norwegian arctic cod, 630 tons of Arctic haddock and 1000 tons of arctic coalfish and other species as bycatch including Greenland halibut and red fishes. Further to these total allowable catch quotas, vessels of Russia may catch in all 5.000 tons of Norwegian arctic cod, 1.500 tons of Arctic haddock. It shall be prohibited to fish for argentines or blue whiting with small-meshed trawl (130 mm) nets in specified areas.
