Abstract
This Decree imposes a duty on Norwegian vessels to be equipped in such as way as to safeguard the proper conditions of the transportation of live fish and its welfare. The Decree formulates various rules and standards relative to equipment necessary in various stages of handling of live fish. The fishing vessels used for the transportation of live fish require approval of the Food Agency.
