Abstract
This Decree regulates fishing in 2008 by vessels of Iceland north of the 62nd parallel between the 12 and 200 nautical miles zone calculated from the baseline of Norway. It regulates fishing in the Norwegian Economic Zone north of the 62nd parallel and fishing for cod and young Norwegian herring in the Norwegian Economic Zone north of the 62nd parallel. The vessels concerned are allowed to fish in total 3.820 tons of arctic cod and 1.1.46 of other species as bycatch in the Economic Zone of Norway. Trawling for cod with 135 mm mesh respectively 120 mm mesh is forbidden in certain areas, as well as fishing for argentines with small mesh trawls. Fishing seasons and bycatch of coalfish, red fishes and Greenland halibut are prescribed. (9 articles)
