Abstract
The Decree sets regulations with regard to the reporting for inspection of foreign fishing vessels in the Norwegian Economic Zone to the coast guard. Vessels planning to land fish in the zone in a Norwegian port shall report this to the nearest control station. Notification shall take place at least 24 hours prior to arrival at the control station. Art. 1 lists the control stations where vessels shall report after termination of fishing activities. Foreign vessels licensed to fish for mackerel in the Economic Zone shall report for inspection in one of the control stations listed in art. 2, section 2. Registration shall include information of start time and date of arrival and departure from ports and of fishing, vessel particulars (authentication code, personnel, size of vessel).
